Mr. Tubesing is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Strategic Office Partners. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Gramercy Property Trust, where he held a broad a portfolio of responsibilities including acquisitions, asset management, and leading joint venture investments. Prior to joining Gramercy in 2006, Mr. Tubesing was an Investment Officer at Divcowest Properties, LLC. He began his career with the real estate advisory practice of Ernst & Young. Mr. Tubesing received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
Mrs. Zakharov, CFA serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Strategic Office Partners. Previously, Mrs. Zakharov was Vice President of Gramercy Property Trust, where she focused on Acquisitions for the Strategic Office Partners joint venture with TPG Real Estate. Prior to Gramercy, Mrs. Zakharov was Vice President of the net lease real estate group at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Prior to joining Angelo, Gordon, Mrs. Zakharov was an Associate on the investments team at W. P. Carey & Co. Mrs. Zakharov received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and a M.A. in Food Studies from New York University.
Ms. Hadland serves as Senior Operations Manager at Strategic Office Partners. Previously, Ms. Hadland oversaw a portfolio of Class A office assets for Stockdale Capital Partners. Prior to Stockdale, she oversaw a portfolio of office and industrial assets for Transwestern. She began her career with CBRE, where she served as a Project Manager on the Group Health Medical account managing various major capital projects. Ms. Hadland received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences from the University of Washington.
Mr. Almaral serves as Investment Analyst for Strategic Office Partners. Prior to joining Strategic Office Partners, Diego was an Investment analyst at Gramercy Property Trust, where he focused on acquisitions for the Strategic Office Partners joint venture with TPG Real Estate. Prior to joining Gramercy, Mr. Almaral completed several internships in real estate, gaining experience in acquisitions, construction, and development. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University with a graduate minor in Real Estate Finance from The Baker Program at Cornell University.
Mr. Golubchik serves as Investment Analyst at Strategic Office Partners. Previously, Mr. Golubchik was an Acquisitions Analyst for Beekman REIM and Pink Stone Capital Group, where he focused on opportunistic equity investments throughout the Greater New York City area. Additionally, he held various internships in acquisitions, asset management, and development with REITs, luxury condominium developers, and multi-family operators. Mr. Golubchik holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BBA in Finance from Montclair State University.
Mr. Tubesing is Managing Director of Gramercy Property Trust, Head of Gramercy Asset Management – Office. Additionally, he is Managing Partner of Strategic Office Partners. Prior to joining Gramercy in June 2006, Mr. Tubesing was an Investment Officer at Divcowest Properties, LLC. Mr. Tubesing received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
Mr. Banyasz is a Partner and Co-Head of TPG Real Estate and is based in New York. Mr. Banyasz serves on the Boards of Directors of Parkway, Inc. (NYSE: PKY); MWest Properties; Enlivant (formerly, Assisted Living Concepts, Inc.), as Chairman; TPG Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: TRTX), as Chairman; and Strategic Office Partners.
Mr. Johnson is a Partner of TPG Real Estate and is based in San Francisco. Mr. Johnson serves on the Boards of Directors of Parkway, Inc. (NYSE: PKY); Enlivant (formerly, Assisted Living Concepts, Inc.); Strategic Office Partners; and the Bay Area Division of the March of Dimes.
Mr. Muller is a Principal of TPG based in New York. Mr. Muller graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University, where he received a B.A. in economics. Mr. Muller currently serves on the Board of Directors of Strategic Office Partners.
